1. Turn on the heat at the lowest temperature for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat and let the stone cool down completely.
2. Turn on the heat at low/middle temperature for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat and let the stone cool down completely.
3. Turn on the heat at middle/high temperature for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat and let the stone cool down completely.The stone is ready for baking.
Tips:
1. Store the stone inside to avoid temperature shock.
2. Never use water to clean the stone. Mildly use a metal brush to remove stuck remains and/or burn off the remains on highest temperature.
3. The smooth surface is the correct one to bake on.
4. Give the stone 10-15 minutes on the lowest temperature everytime you want to bake, that way you avoid temperature shock.
